We’re off to the races! We are putting up to 1000 rubber ducks in the Kin Coulee Park (104 South Kin Coulee Rd SE, Medicine Hat, AB) in Seven Persons Creek, June 28th. The first 10 ducks to cross the finish line will receive cash prices. The ducks will face a treacherous 1km course, will your duck survive?

Contest Rules:
The Kinsmen Club of Medicine Hat sells the rights to up to 1000 rubber ducks to raise money for our community. The first 10 ducks to cross the finish line win prize money for their owners. The race will be videoed at the finish line!

NEW for 2025 – 1st Annual Corporate Sponsorship Pool
The Corporate Sponsorship Pool will take place starting at 1:00 pm at the 3rd Annual Kinsmen Family Fun Day. The Corporate Sponsorship Pool will include up to 325 frolicking ducks floating in a large above ground swimming pool all hoping to be the last duck randomly plucked out as the winner. There will be 5 “racing” heats of up to 65 ducks per race with the 10 remaining ducks in each race advancing to the “Final Pool”. The Final Pool will include 50 ducks (the 10 winning ducks from each of the first 5 races) with the last duck floating in the pool being declared the winning corporate duck!
The last duck swimming will WIN:
- the coveted GOLDEN ducky trophy to proudly display for all to see; and
- bragging rights until next year’s event.
